In Zenith Electrotech Pvt. Ltd., the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) of Employees and all the Stakeholders associated with our project sites is of utmost importance to us. Safety is therefore an integral part of all our work activities. We believe that accidents and risk to health are preventable through the active involvement of all the stakeholders, thereby creating a safe, healthy and accident-free workplace. About Health and Safety objectives, Zenith Electrotech Pvt. Ltd. complies with the requirements of all relevant statutory, regulatory and other provisions.
- Creates safety awareness to protect all stakeholders from foreseeable work hazards and risks through campaigns and training programs among Employees, Business Associates and Clients.
- Works with major suppliers, Business Associates and customers to facilitate their Health & Safety Performance improvement and make it obligatory for them to follow the project site safety rules, procedures, systems and safe practices.
- Ensures that appropriate resources are available to fully implement Health & Safety Policy and continuously review the policy's relevance with respect to legal and business development.
The Safety Policy of the organization has been formulated addressing :
- The nature and scale of safety risks of the organization.
- Top Management's commitment to the continuous improvement, compliance to relevant Safety legislation and regulations.
Compliance of the available Safety Guidelines related to the work we perform. The overall objective of this plan is :
- Minimize risk to our employees and other interested parties who may be exposed to HSE risks associated with our activities.
- Continuous improvement of the Safety Management System.
- Reducing the frequency of all accidents and incidents and minimize the days lost. Train and retrain the Site Personnel for enhancing their competence and expertise. Develop use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and improve safety culture. Integrate Safety with other project execution processes.
